Poor customer service and workmanship, Horrible concrete work

Their prices sound decent. They tell you everything you want to hear about the job. But...They do not show up when they say. You have to call them constantly to get them to come. And they never call you to let you know they're not coming. They always have some excuse why they can't come, or why they're late (usually "on our way in traffic", then show up 3 hours later). They are very slow workers, but will claim that they're very fast (example: they said they would lay my 1400 square feet of sod in an hour, but after more than an hour and a half they were only half way done). They will do the bare minimum to get the job done, so you have to watch them and call them on steps skipped, and work they said they would do. And their concrete work is horrible...they have no idea what they're doing (just a concrete slab!). They'll tell you a hundred times that they guarantee their work, but they won't. I can't get them to fix a sprinkler and dead sod they put in, or fix their mistakes on the concrete work. Last of all they'll tell you they completed the job and you owe them the money they quoted, plus more, when in actuality they did not complete any of the work, nor did they do anywhere near quality work.
